LPC Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. (LPC), a subsidiary of L.P.N. Development PCL, is committed to improving the quality of life of its employees, known as the "LPC housekeepers," and to providing opportunities for honest work, stable income and a better life for their families. Most LPC housekeepers are women who often face limited social and economic opportunities, yet must serve as the main pillar of their families.
Believing that "when there is work, the family is secure," LPC has continuously run vocational training and skills development programs for its housekeepers, and channels part of the income from LPC housekeeping services into scholarships for employees' children. The scholarship program has grown sustainably and is now in its 15th year.
LPC recently held its 2025 scholarship and academic excellence award ceremony for the children of "LPC housekeepers" and "Jaew Lumpini" staff, presenting 697 scholarships worth a total of THB 3.01 million to ease education costs and build a secure future for employees' families.

Ms. Daranee Chatphiriyaphan, Chief Executive Officer of L.P.N. Development PCL, said the scholarship program reaffirms the company's vision of building a sustainable future by developing people, especially young people, who are a vital force in society. It aims to help children learn and keep pace with technology in an era where AI plays a growing role, so that knowledge becomes the foundation for a secure life. The program also reflects the company's appreciation of its employees' dedication and its commitment to standing alongside LPC families in supporting quality of life and educational opportunities for employees' children so they can grow up strong.
Ms. Surasawadee Suewacha, Managing Director of LPC Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., said: "Employees are the heart of the organization, and their families are the foundation of true success. All along, every mother working with us has been dedicated, worked honestly and delivered service to the best of her ability, which makes the company proud and grateful. As a social enterprise, we believe the best help starts with those closest to us. We therefore provide scholarships to employees' children as encouragement and as thanks for our employees' commitment. These scholarships are not just money but opportunity, and they confirm that the company values every sacrifice our employees make. We hope every child who receives a scholarship will make the most of this educational opportunity to build a better future, because a child's success is the family's pride, and our organization's pride as well."
Ms. Jenjira Jaiyen, a community service employee and LPC housekeeper, said she was happy and grateful that the company values employees and their families. "The company doesn't only take care of us as workers but also values our children. This scholarship is more than help with expenses; it is important encouragement that gives our children an educational future and shows that our efforts are seen and recognized. The opportunity the company gives us today motivates me to work my hardest and do my job as well as I can, to live up to the trust and support the company has given us."

Speaking on behalf of the scholarship recipients, Ms. Chularat Sompong, 17, a second-year vocational certificate student, said she was very happy and proud to receive a scholarship. "It is not just money that helps with school expenses. It shows my mother's determination and dedication at work to take care of our family, and today her efforts have also brought good opportunities to me. This scholarship is a big encouragement for me to study harder, use the money wisely and develop myself to build a good future."

Ms. Napatsorn Ketthongkham, 18, a first-year higher vocational diploma student, said the scholarship would be a strong motivation to study harder and make the most of the opportunity, promising to be a good child, do her best and not disappoint her parents.
Finally, Mr. Wutthiwat Phanthalai, 22, a fourth-year English major, said: "I am glad that the company my mother works for has given me an educational opportunity. The scholarship not only eases my mother's financial burden but also shows that the company cares about our future. I will make the most of every opportunity for my own future, so that my hardworking mother never has to worry or be disappointed."

The children's scholarships and academic excellence awards have been held continuously for 15 years, with more than 6,900 scholarships awarded in total, worth THB 27.13 million. The program aims to support the education of employees' children and ease employees' expenses, and is part of the "Good Mom, Bright Kids" (แม่ดี ลูกเก่ง) activity, which rewards employees' dedication, responsibility and honesty in performing their duties. Part of the scholarship fund comes from income generated by the "LPC Housekeeper" and "Jaew Lumpini – Condominium Cleaning Service" services used by customers at LPN projects and more than 300 other projects. This reflects LPC's vision as a social enterprise that reinvests service income to improve the quality of life of employees and their families in a tangible and sustainable way.
