LPP Launches LPP Smart Security Center Providing 24-Hour Security Service
LPP launches LPP Smart Security Center to provide 24/7 security service to the communities managed by LPP with the goal to expand the service to no less than 100 communities within 2022.
Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, Managing Director of Lumpini Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP) that manages communities developed by L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd. (LPN) announced the launch of LPP Smart Security Center on the 38th floor of Lumpini Tower. The company realizes the importance of developing the security system that matches the needs of the joint owners of condominium units and single houses managed by LPP. At present, the company is managing more than 200 projects of 150,000 units and 200,000 residents developed by LPN and other companies. Therefore, the security system has been developed to provide security service to the communities managed by our company. The technology is developed and designed to ensure the safety of all communities managed by the company, to reduce risks of joint owners and to provide a timely response in case of emergency.
“LPP Smart Security Center is developed by combining CCTV Solution technology and IT technology with our existing security system to provide security service in the common area of the communities managed by the company, especially the risk area where security officers may not be able to watch over all the time. The CCTV Solution system is installed in the risk area and around the project to solve the above problem. It is connected to the operation system at the Security Commander Support Center on the 38th floor of Lumpini Tower. In the event of a security breach, the security alert will be sent to the Security Commander Support Center which is attended to 24/7. The Center will coordinate with the emergency team and inform related government agencies to tackle the problem within one hour. It is the collaboration between the technology and LPP team to ensure the safety of all members of the communities managed by LPP”, Ms. Somsri stated.
At present, the system has been installed in 3 projects developed by L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd. and managed by LPP, namely, Lumpini Park Pahol 32, Lumpini Ville Suksawasdi-Rama 2 and Lumpini Place Rama 3-Riverine since July 2020. During the first 3 months, no incidents have been reported. It is also found that the efficiency of the building management is improved, especially the monitoring of the risk area in the projects.
Moreover, the company assigns staff with safety skills to provide knowledge and training to staff working in the communities, for example, preventive measures and operation during COVID19 outbreak, how to put out a fire, fire extinguisher use and the monitoring of risk areas in the community. It is to equip the staff with knowledge, skills and operational efficiency.
