Should you wish the Company to process loan request on your behalf, please prepare all the documents for loan request and ownership transfer and sign of all certified copies of the documents.

List of documents for the assessment of loan amount

For business owner
ID card/ID card of government officer (yours and your spouse's)
All pages of house registration book (yours and your spouse's)
Certificate of personal name/lastname change (if any)
Marriage/divorce certificate
Report of separation (in case that a marriage certificate is not registered)
Death certificate (in case of the death of your spouse)
Bank statement or a copy of bank book for the past six months
Salary certificate and original copy of a pay slip
Withholding tax certificate (50 tavi)
Business registration/lease agreement
3 photos and a map of your office
Certificate of company registration (issued within the last one month)
Shareholder's registration/Memorandum of association/VAT registration certificate (K.P.20) (if VAT is registered)
