Agreement of consent to collect, process, and disclose of personal data

                  According to Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other applicable laws and regulations,
L.P.N Development PCL., and/or our other affiliates, and/or our trusted business partners (“L.P.N.,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”) will ask for your consent in collecting, processing, and disclosing your personal data under these terms
and conditions.

                  Personal data we collect, process, disclose, and share
                  Personal data we receive from you or other sources, which serves as identification information either
directly or indirectly, for example the telecommunication service data such as SMS, Line, Email to share updates
about our marketing and services or other types of data from other channels through our affiliates, partners,
organizations, or public information, which collected legally are the types of data we collect, use, disclose, and
share in this context. For example, full name, gender, age, date of birth, telephone number, Email, national
ID number, passport number, nationality, ethnicity, occupation, address, workplace, working address,
fingerprint, faceprint, eyeprint, title deed, debt settlement, income, loan application, credit scoring, real estate
visiting data, questionnaire data, marketing information and analysis, photo, electronic data, or other related
documents, including the information you provided to us.
                  Our objective in collecting, using, and disclosing or sharing your personal information
                  We will strictly collect, use, and disclose or share your personal data as necessary and will keep your
personal data private under the applicable laws except the provision among us in our companies, affiliates,
condominium administrators, housing estate juristic persons, financial institutions, counterparties, partners,
alliance, authorized representatives, contract or legal involved third parties, government agencies, regulatory
authorities, civil service officers, or other parties by your consent. We will not provide, disclose, or share
personal data to or with the third parties, unless we have obtained your consent or such provision. We will
collect, use, and disclose or share your personal data for the following purposes:
                    1. For our performance improvement, marketing plan optimization, data analysis for future evaluation,
                         and product and service development.
                    2. For the communication among our group of companies and to share our products, services,
                         after-sales services, customer benefits, promotional campaigns, marketing efforts, offers,
                         subscription of services, and other future amendments of this data privacy policy to you.
                    3. For other purposes mentioned upon your personal data collection, or other related aforementioned
                         purposes or other equivalent terms and conditions of the original purposes.
                    In case there is no consent nor provision of your personal data, we may not be able to deliver our
service according to your needs or our promise and may result in the applicable laws.

We will strictly collect necessary personal data without your consent in cases that we have
a good-faith belief that the process of the data is reasonable and necessary to meet any applicable law,
regulation, legal process, or to protect against harm to the rights and safety of the public as required and
permitted by law.

timeframe to collect such data, as long as the applicable law stated, or until the purpose of collecting your

We will store your personal data as electronic files in forms of soft copy, hard copy, cloud,
in our storage, our trusted partner’s storage, or other systems where we see appropriate and suitable
for the purposes.
