Oversea Sale Manager
คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality, Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences in Sales
- Experience managing and directing a sales team to overseas
- Management experiences, Ability to lead a sales team
- Good command of verbal and written in English
- Working experiences in Real Estate (Condo, House)
- Ability to communicate in English & China
ลักษณะงาน
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets - mainly responsible for existing clients
- Set goals, defining and executing territory sales plans
- Produce monthly forecasting reports and summary monthly Sales Report
- Managing and Monitoring sales representatives, sales activities run smoothly and developing sales processes.
- Management and overseeing the activities and achieving sales performance by company strategy plan.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products and services, coordinating internal department to resolving problem, take action for Corrective and preventive action, respond to customers as soon as possible.
- Directing and coordinating with customers to make customers satisfaction.
- Meeting and report all sales task with management representative.
