Learning from our past experience, the Company found that after a project sale, the co-owners usually wanted to make an income from the purchased units and concurrently many prospective lessees-purchasers wanted to lease or purchase the units in projects that they had bought. In this matter, no organisation was responsible for coordination, the company therefore provides this service to facilitate the purchaser, seller and lessee.
