Listed developer L.P.N. Development Plc reported record sales at its new Lumpini Condotown Rarm Intra-Navamin, where 1,088 units worth about a billion baht in total sold within an hour when sale opened last Saturday.

          Some 5,000 customers applied to buy a condo at the development within a week of the application process being opened.

          The company closed sales for all units in the project's first phase at last Saturday's launch.

          L.P.N. plans to open sales on the second phase on June 20.
